cant get cahannels but get good signal on my tm 5300

signal is good but nothing is ***in on my tm 5300 scrambled channels it says can sum 1 help me pls

What satellite position are you looking at?
Do you get the FTA channels there?
Scrambled channels? What channels?

Keep in mind the forum rules here:
