it seems hds are moving to nagra .so is not working for me too.

I had nothing working on 19.2E, even though I could see I was connected, through the information option, including the canal digitaal channels.
Eventually I got everything working again by switching off both Ucas options, in the keys menu, deleting every channel and letting the Spiderbox scan them all in automatically.
This seems to have done the trick as everything is working now.
The only problem is that I will now have to use the channel manager option to delete all the superfluous channels.

Also forgot to add about having to change a lot of the Spanish channels sound options from 1 Sp to 2 dos which seems to be the original sound track.

tried as you suggested still no joy,all my other hd channels work fine on other sats just 19.2e

I'm watching SyFy HD as I type, 19.2E, 12670 V 22000 DVB-S2 8PSK 2/3,try manually scannibg it in then select the channel and press the Info button twice to see if it's got NeuvoXstream listed.
