Has anyone used this with success to load an E2 image and what images are suitable as there are many variants for Dreambox or VU etc?

I have used it many times to try different images. Last one I tried was Atevio 7000HD PVR.v1.08.34.2010Jul30.IRD and that was rubbish. I keep going back to AAF World Cup ImageV2 Atevio7000 Flash. I use it with Oscam that is downloadable within the package it makes a really good cccam client if you have multiple clines. If you only have one cline then mgcamd 1.35 (also within the package) is best to use.
For me it has most of what I want, like 14 day epg using the crossepg plugin. I have had recordings crash when recording and decoding HD and watching SD. I wouldn't trust it to record for me while I was away on holiday, but for day to day use it's great. I does crash from time to time (maybe 3 times a week) but the only box I've had that doesn't is my dm500 clone server.
Full instructions for AAF tool are in the stickies thanks to Steve_M. You can also get help on AAF forum.

AAF image V2 is the sh4 duckbox project version of E2. Same as dreambox but for sh4 processor. It runs just the same as dreambox e2.
