I am currently running 690p "Magicpatch" on my Technomate 6800+, I have a Irdeto 2 Aljazeera Sport card in a official Smit made Irdeto CAM in slot 2, a Polsat card with it's Paired CAM in slot 1 and Conax TNK "N" card in the multicrypt card reader, I don't have a Conax CAM and so activated the card in the card reader & all has been fine (Or so I thought!) until I noticed that it isnt opening all the channels its supposed to & freeze's apon channel change to channels that are part of the subs pack on the card. I think the card is fine but the Conax support within the 690p firmware is lacking/out of date, thus the flakey performance with this card. I have really enjoyed the extra features the firmware has given me, but I would love a patch that fully supports all the common encryption formats, i.e. Conax,Irdeto 1 & 2,Viaccess 2.5,2.6,3.0,4.0,SECA Mediaguard 1,2, & 3 etc. Any recommendation's from fellow TM6800 (Non Super) owners would be greatly a appreciated.

All a bit complicated to me mate! lol!!!:iamwithstupid:
have you tried the other patches? 694p, 696p, 699p don't know if these have what you request?

if using softcams, always remove conflicting information from softcam for the offical cards you use.
Always keep backups of patches! To get back to your last working situation.

Thanks for the replies, I feel a bit stuck at the mo, I am sh*ting it to load the "Phantom" patches in case my TM6800 go's **** up during the patching!:001_07: If I didnt have this daft issue with this card, I would be quite happy with 690p (If it aint broke....). I know that the receiver could be forced back to life, but I dont have a USB to Serial cable at all so I would be right up sh*t creek if the worst did happen. Arrrrgh f**k it!:p
Working null modem cable is a must! If you have a serial port on your computer, get yourself a null modem cable and test it to work. 99% you can recover with this procedure. Check if you have this option:
Power off at back. Press menu on front pannel, keep it pressed and power on. Does it boot up the loader menu and do you have the usb option in it?
