I just brought a new TECHNOMATE TM 800 HD LINUX it's working fine but I cant change the audio when I try the following message show up "Not Ready" can anyone help?

To change remote command ****> press "EXIT" 5 times in front panel circular blue light will blink 3 times after that its ok
