Channel list for technomate 6900 hd combo

I want to add the channel list to my receiver but instead of doing it with a cable connected to my pc can I put the channel list on my usb memory stick and load the software into my receiver or is it not possible?

easist way to update is via usb memory stick copy channel list or software onto stick then usb button on remote once stick is inserted into reciever also you can update software this way as well as save back onto stick.. just highlight which file you want to update and press ok button ...
