As no 1 else has mentioned it it must be my end that the problem is.
NuevoXstream connected & working ok but when i go into Service + it`s on but login ID is in grey with no number @ the side & not connected is showing.It`s was like this yesterday,tried rebooting also saved all settings & did a factory reset but it`s still the same.
Any idea`s please as 2 what the problem might be.

I have been out of the scene for the past two week having just come out of hospital. My Spiderbox is constantly disconnecting itself and when it does connect it seems to have lost the Gift on Astra and Hotbird but some of the Service+ channels openup.It seems a very limited service though so I assume it may be undergoing maintance. I am definatly going to need help to get back to where I was.TMULL

my login number ( most of the mac code ) is grey and shows connected below it

check your mac code on the mobo label inside the box matches the correct mac code in your menus , as it uses that code for connection

Thanks 4 reply`s,just had lid off box & the mac address is the same Ech,just wondering as folk are saying service + is down & i did a factory reset, would this be why there is no login id because it`s not connected or should there be a login id before you connect.

Service + down at the moment, The powers that be are working on it as we speak, but it may take a few hours, if it cannot be fixed a new patch will be forth coming (from the horses mouth) Do not alter any settings, just be patient.

Invalid i have same problem as yourself and others service + was working early morning yesterday but later it had disconnected my login number is not showing either i have always taken the careful approach and done nothing always found in the past with Diablo best to wait, would imagine the problem is at the other end and service will be resumed asap if not i am sure we will be informed. I just bought one of these, its about as usefull as a door stop, is this normal for the server just to drop out?. I had a read up and general reports were spider box was the way to go, The jury is still out at the moment.

There are still a lot of channels available using NeuvoXstream, and no doubt Service+ will be back soon. In fact there is a new patch available now.

Tryed new patch and turning off re entering menu again and it does not work just says conected and regestering tryed all night and nothing.

Some channels are not working at present, including the channels on Thor and the French channels on 19E.
Which channels/satellites have you checked? 16E, 13E, 19E, 1W, 30W?

ok one last time,go to menue enter neuvox turn off neuvox exit
go back into neuvox turn back on exit jsc will work i have already posted how to do this in a previous thread,i know people are just starting out with this box but a little reading will save you pulling your hair out thinking there are problems when in fact there are none

Just checked a few French channels on 19E and they're working again but as the team seem to be adding new channels on 1W channels might go down again.
Hopefully things should be more settled soon and we'll have even more channels to view.
