Motorised dish settings

Hi,
I'm a newbee to Vu+
My motorised dish was hooked up to Azbox and was working fine.
I'm trying to set up my vu+ correctly with the dish.
I've installed the latest dreamelite image.
Set up my Tuner A to simple Usuals and entered my co-ords.
I downloaded and installed Likra E2 settings motor
My dish moves when I change chanels and satellites however some channels don't work (that should work) and the rotating dish image flashes on screen.
Do I need to fine tune the dish position using the STB gui and how?
If I fo to Satfinder for example and I choose Thor I get 86% AGC, 0% BER, and the SNR jumps from 0-30%.

I think your snr readings would suggest that the dish is out of alignmet, looks quite low.

Signal to Noise Ratio for the signal from a satellite. This is a number between 0 and 99. Where 99 is perfect and 0 means the satellite is not available. A typical good value is 40. And a GPS typically starts using a satellite when its SNR value is higher than 25.
