could someone please help me i am only getting TV2 Sport Norway clear
all the rest canel + movie channels still scrambled
loaded the patch from last night
getting all the other ones claer even 30 west
does the sat have to be exactly on 0.8°W west ...

It is currently down, same thing has happened on a previous weekend and a new patch was brought out on Monday.
The channels you're opening have just been added to Service+.

Hi service + is missing under net application on my spiderbox any idea how to get it back on ???

Have you loaded the latest patch, for your Spiderbox? Which Spiderbox version do you have?

Go into the Menu, Network, navigate to Service+ and press OK, if you can't see Service+ press 1111, to reveal the hidden menu.

Once in turn Service+ ON, if it isn't already, and press register.

If this isn't the problem please post more details.
