You have to change from decimal to hex. Use Excel spreadsheet or an online converter.

I have put my white card in my 9000HD but all I get is unknown.

better make sure you put it in with the chip on the underside and chip in first too

Yes it is in the right way. I have the latest patch intalled from the 27th do I need to add any other files?
The gift is workinf fine.

no you dont need any other files

once the card is inserted it will read it and then say n@s on your screen

suggest you give the chip a wipe with a soft cloth and reinsert it a few times in case of a bad contact

Tried some old cards I have (conax, via, seca and blue sly) all working fine.
Only card it does not see is the white card. I read some where about changing SMARTCARD CLOCK FREQUENCY in CCcam.cfg is this anything to do with it as I don't know how to do that.
The card works fine in original box.

that is for dreamboxes or liux boxes , nothing to do with the spiderbox

the card should show n@s in a spiderbox , nothing else is needed as long as its got the latest patch in

I have now tried my mothers card in the slot and it worked fine.
I have had a look at my card and it has a brown patch on the back of it where the chip is. How do I get them to change it when it works fine in my original HD box?
