Softcam problem

With greatest respect to Glenn 911 I have once again had problems with his softcam update.
Last time I loaded a softcam it wiped my Tm6900HDsuper of all satellites and channels. I put it down to my box and have over the last few days been re-entering the satellites and channels.
Toda I loaded the softcam and BINGO lost the lot again??
It cant be the softcam as this board would be flooded, so what can it be??:eek:

always backup your latest channel list and store it somewhere safe.
remove:
empty transponders
not used satellites
radio channels if not used
Since we have a 2 part firmware + add on: these are compressed. So think we are close to memory limits.

It looks like you push on factory reset in Menu a softcam don't reset a Box ?

Hi Glenn 911,
No I did push the right button, I have been using your updates for years so I am used to them. As giga says I need to sort out the box.
