I have a Sagem HD45 rear projection large tv.
I put my vu duo+ in deep standby overnight before going to bed.
In the morning, I couldn't get the vu to come out of deep standby, so had to power down using the switch at the rear.
The bulb in my tv had blown, even though it should have had lots of life in it yet and the usual warning light advising the bulb is coming to the end of it's life didn't happen.
So, was this a coincidence, or not?
I am a bit nervous about putting the vu into deep standby now, as the bulbs cost £70 plus.
