Hi - just taken delivery of Sky HD Box and Spiderbox HD9000.
Looking at - probably going for a Panasonic P42S10 with the BT735 Blu-Ray Home Cinema (or something similar).
Not connected up to HD before so looking for some help on what I need
in getting them all properly connected.
Presumably I will need HDMI connection from each of the 3 boxes to the TV.
Do the Sky and Spider also then require connection to the Home Cinema? and if so using the digital audio inputs?
Any help would be appreciated.

BT735 has only HDMI out (HDMI output is the latest version 1.4 and includes an audio return channel for piping audio from v1.4-equipped TVs (and connected digiboxes)) and no HDMI in. (found conflicting information: SC-BT735: HDMI 1.3a)
P42S10 has 3 HDMI 1.3a inputs and 2 Optical digital In.

Could be a problem if the P42S10 digital audio out is not transferring HDMI 5.1 dolby from sat receivers?

so this would mean you can't use HDMI to transfer audio to the BT735 from your sat receivers over the P42S10.
You could most likely use the 2 Optical digital In. If you are not able to adjust the audio sync from both sat receivers either on the receivers or in the BT735 for each optical input. You would get annoying audio sync problems: either audio runs in front of your picture or behind. Your flat screen processes the image, audio would be processed on the BT735.

depending on the audio importance for you: By flatscreen, separate blue ray player and at later stage a separate good AV receiver with speakers that can cope with your requirements.
