Help Please with C.I assignment

Hi Guy's, I am trying to assign my Trex and Diablo cams,but when I go to menu -Common Interface assignment and click on it, I get green screen and reboots,with either cam in slot or not.
I'm running openpli (up to date). Can someone point me in the right direction,please!!!!

I have been using Dream Elite 1.3.3E but found that at times I needed to put the receiver into standby then remove my Diablo 2.3 cam from the slot replace it and restart. At which time it would show as active. Hope this helps.
