gift problems after patching

Please can some tell me if their is

A recover tool for the gift channels and the service +

I have lost mine by doing a factory reset

On spider 9000

Their is no ware that I see to load 1111 on menu

please explain how

Also I can't move my dish west I don't get a signal on any west satellites form Thor .8 west to Hikspasat 30 west

and my gift and service + gone

All this happen after I did a factory reset

read the tutorials on the forum

and you wont see anywhere to put in the 1111 , just do it

and while you are at it set your motor settings back to what they were , and any other personal settings too

lastly , do not hi jack another members thread in future , start your own topical thread , especially when threads are free to all members

its disrespectful to post your problems in somebody elses thread

Please can someone tell me

How do I change the pin code from 0000 to 1111 where it ask to enter pin code I put in 0000 instead 1111

leave the pin code on 0000 for now , and get the box working properly

worry about changing the pin code when its all up and running or you will have even more problems

use 1111 in the network settings to get the nuevoX and gift to show again

as explained in the spiderlover tutorial

you are supposed to put in 0000 when asked. the only time you use 1111 is in network but you do not get a prompt. as echelon says you just do it.
