windows has a 32 gig limit for fat32 which is well do***ented on the internet already

as mentioned above , you can try other methods of formatting the drive that dont have that limit

but as most people have tunnel vision when it comes to a pc or laptop they assume everything can or should be done in windows , which is far from the truth , especially in this case

so as far as windows is concerned , you should be using ntfs on your drive , clearly you dont want ntfs , so must seek out other solutions , preferably that do not use your pc at all if possible

also we do not allow multiple questions on the same issue , it causes confusion , especially as you got the answers in the replies made in the other thread , so I have closed this one
