Apple time capsule

Having serious problems setting up an apple time capsule with my vu duo.
I can connect to the internet on computers ok, but no matter what ip address i put in to duo, it will not connect.
Also need help to forward port for card sharing.

any ideas please guys

I don't have a vu plus but do have apple network, I can't remember the details but use the airport utility and apple help to set up ftp and port forwarding and you should be fine, i got my azbox working that way last year.

i have been using airport utility but not sure what ip i put into the vu+ to get ti to connect.
I am new to using apple network and mac so struggling to get my head around it

got vu+duo connected onto internet with apple time capsule but unable to forward port 12000
