canal+film hd on thor

have not been able to get this channel for a while now can open all the others ok,should this channel be set on thor 3/5 or as 1w as i know gift is

that is what it is set at but just will not open,as i said in my original post everything else opens fine

are you sure you have good enough signal ? , this particular transponder is on thor6 and very difficult to catch outside the nordic beam .
canal+ sport HD and svt HD are on the same transponder - can you clear them ?

I too have not been able to receive Canal + Film HD or Canal + Sport HD since Feb / March. Before that time, I received both channels normally as well as SVT HD. Then one day signal & quality levels on that particular transponder (10.934 H) dropped. I use a 88cm dish in London, and all other transponders on Thor 6 have good signal levels.

they moved from thor5 to thor6, thats why the signal dropped for us - while it got much better for those in scandinavia .
i catch it with 110 in south of europe, but only if the weather is clear .

just checked king of sat and this is the fequency Thor 6 (1.0W) - 10934.00 H - Txp: A16 - Beam: K1 Nordic DVB-S2 (8PSK) - 25000 3/4 so looks like your right i used to get it on vertical transponder but now looks like horizental and get no signal when i try that frequency

i live in manchester and get these on a 1metre dish,and all are open,signal s/t 89pc quality 78pc on spider 9000hd with nuevoxstream rgd scrappy:sifone:

Lost those channels my self once. Fixed by factory reset after rescanned perfect.

thanks for that my signal is very good but all i get is scrambled channel on that one channel,maybe do a re-scan and see what happens
