If you can get 28E CNBC at 11pm every night FTA Jay Leno.

15W still regularly has NBC feeds including nightly news , Today show and other prime time programmes..

I think Leno and Fallon feed is on 12.5W now on 11162 V SR: 5632 FEC: 3/4. Only active when the feed is on so you cannot scan it outside this broadcast window.
