AZBox Premium HD problem

Jjust got my AZBox Premium HD
When I update to latest firmware and reboot it i come to settings screen and there it halt on "Please wait..."
After a while a text "Fail to recieve data err=-1" pops up on screen.
I press OK on the remote and everything looks ok but if I try to enter any menu it keep asking me for a password. Haven't set any password and tried all common ones, like 0000, 1234, 1111 and so on.

I can reset to factory firmware from USB memory and then I can enter menus.

Anyone know what could be the problem?

turn off HW Aceleration
format usb stick to fat32
rename new firmware to patch.bin and copy it to usb stick
put usb stick in front usb port and reboot azbox
format app area
install new firmware

plug out main power cable from wall, leave it out for one minute then try
