Eut***** 16 question please,,?

Hi i hope this is not a repeat question ,, but its annoying,,
i have 15 sat birds installed on my v box that drives my motor dish ,,
the signal is fine on every one EXCEPT eutlsatttttt 16,,,
looking on a sat map it seems positioned between hotbird 13 and astra 19.2 but even tweeking the dish the signal is just 4!!!!!
does anyone else get a week signal ,, if astra/hotbird is ok i doubt tress emmm!!

try tuning into a stronger transponder first of all as this sat blew up not long ago and there is now more than one sat colocated there.for instance 11658 is much weaker than 11056,so try 11056 or 10758 first of all,store it,then tweak the vbox to obtain 11658,but i only get about 85% signal on this transponder using a 1.2m dish near manchester.
so if your dish is much smaller than mine you may stuggle with it.Ian.

Fine in north Es*** with TM6900HDsuper and 1mtr dish.

10796 V SR 30000 DSTV (FTA)
if you move away from 13°E to 16°E approx 2 moves to east and use above tranponder

10719 V 27500 & 10758 V 27500 are both in use on 13°E & 16°E
10796 V SR 27500 is on 13°E and should not show good reception on 16°E

would that be 85% signal level or quality ? I am getting only 50% quality at best and a signal level at around 10%. The movie channels on 11658 do clear but break up in the faintest breeze or raindrop. I'm using a Topfield HD receiver and a triax 88cm dish.
Yep i'm going to get a bigger dish without delay though on explaining all this to the boss she is sharpening the castration knife again and I'm hoping not to go too big on the dish !
