hi, i,m pondering as to factory reset my newish 9000 as i,m struggling with cccam activation, i assume you save the all data onto memory stick take stick out factory reset then put back in, do i turn gift off i.e neuvostream,service + etc or leave on to save onto stick? cheers

It's just the channel list you need to save to memory stick. After factory reset you will need to reload that, then turn on network as you did when first set up.
Don't forget to turn UCAS back on and re-enter your Lon/lat position and if you are in UK turn summertime on.
