For some reason now my sat button on the TM6900HD super goes to "all channels" automatically when I am rescanning a satellite. HERES WHERE I WENT WRONG!! Halfway through scanning I realised I had picked up the wrong sat, so I deleted ALL channels thinking I was just deleting the sat I was on. Unfortunately it deleted Every channel.
:respect-061:
and your channel list backup on the computer?
when you press the satellite button top of the list always been: all channel followed by the satellites.
Safe scanning:
Main Menu: Installation: Auto Navigation: (OK)
select on left in Satellite List each Satellite you want to scan by pressing (OK) on these
select on right:
Search Type: TV (or what suites you: all: includes radio, Free: fta radio & TV)
Network Search: Off
in Scan select now: Press OK and press (OK)
when finished save list, transfer to computer and do some maintenance on it with channel editor (https://www.satpimps.co.uk/showthread.php?t=110802) <= click here:
Sorting by satellite-name for motorized part of setup
Sorting by name for multi feed
This can be done partial if you have motor and multifeed.
All my multi feed satellites are in front of satellite list, followed by the satellites on motorized dish.
Finally add channels to favorites and sort to your likings.
Save back to USB Stick
now upload to receiver twice:
when asked select: Default DB and 2nd time Normal DB
no when something goes wrong with channel list you can use backup from computer
or use Main Menu: System Settings: Factory Reset
select Restore Default Channels press (OK)
the receiver now copies the last stored channel list from Default DB to Normal DB
