Transponder 11012 V problem

I am getting Bulsat OK on my TM6900HDSuper and the HD and other channels on 11012V have scanned in. However I am getting no signal no that transponder for HD and SD I have tried adding transponder but just get "transponder already exists" ? All the others are working.?

sometimes happens: download channel list and use on computer channel editor to add transponder to that satellite. Scan afterwards, should be ok.
