jsc on tm6800hd?

has anyone still got jsc open using cliquere and null modem. downloaded latest patch and bulsat working fine. cant get jsc. checked and sssp is open. keeps timing out. was using file dated compass 17/8

replace spaniya-10000 with satnaserver-1000
it still working

Does anyone know if this is still working. I have just tried it and the server keeps timing out. I tried pinging it but no luck. Anyone else experiencing same problem?
