Ccam 2.1.3 manual install ?

hi my nephew has a vu+duo he uninstalled dream elite image to try some others but didnt like so reinstalled dream elite the problem he has now is
that he cant get connected to dream elite server to download Ccam is
there any way i can download Ccam 2.1.3 and do a manual install
is there a how to do anywhere.
i know on the dreambox you can download and transfer to tmp folder
and do a manual install.
was hoping it works something the same with the vu+duo.
