Hi Guys

I have a Dreambox DM800 and a friend has a Technomate TM6900 Super. We both get CS from same place, mines 100% perfect no problems at all, the Technomate seems to constantly say Scrambled Channel and goes off for up to 20 minutes about 3 or 4 times a night. There's nothing wrong with his internet, he gets 10mb

Has anyone had a similar problem with their TM Super and card sharing?

you are using the same CS server?
you're using the same internet provider? 10 mb is download speed from provider? cable or ADSL. More relevant are timings to server and he can't see this.
Can you test your DM800 at his location and see if that still goes well?
did he read these:

Thanks Giga for getting back to me. Yes we're both using the same CS server. I'm with Virgin (20mb) with Dreambox DM800, he's with BT (10mb) with Technomate 6900 Super. I get 100% perfect from CS Server, he can be watch a football match then screen goes black and Scrambled Channel comes on, if he goes to 8281 it still says connected. He then has to wait up to 30 minutes and it eventually comes back on. This can happen 3 to 4 times a night. He can access the internet with a PC at the time he loses picture, so can't see it being an ISP problem.

I think I'll swap receivers with him over the weekend and see if it does it for me.

Cheers

ISP can cap/block/filter specific traffic at his own initiative or on request.
CS Server could be an issue to many clients: 1st in gets served, if your last in line ...
replies should be below 1000 ms
how many lines are in use, switch off not used ones
use filter an assign to that line (no auto filter)
load an empty softcam: https://www.satpimps.co.uk/showthread.php?t=117873
raise Timeout (make less requests at C S server)
check router if any traffic is blocked from or to MAC address of 6900 super
On TM is he using his own specific login and pass.

I occasionally get 'scrambled' screen but a quick reset of the box normally sorts it out. (Off and on using remote)
