Can't connect to web interface

Hello everybody,

I'm kindda new to all this DreamBox stuff, however I have flashed my new DreamBox DM500 HD with the newest Gemini 2 software (gemini2-510-dm500hd-20100721132509).

I got the DreamBox online and on the DreamBox I can retrieve new plugins through the web.

However I cannot from a PC on the local network get on the web interface. The web interface is enabled on port 80.

When I try connecting to http://the-ip-of-the-dreambox/ it simply doesn't respond and the browser acts like it cannot find anything on that address.

What am I doing wrong?

try port 8080 and do http://boxip:8080
i use newcs and have this alloewd in the newcs config (var / tuxbox/config)

Hello,

I tried to remove the WebInterface plugin, reboot and then install it again.
Now it works fine.
