Guys, can someone explain when editing keys in the CAS menu I have two sets of idents in the 060400 range under the 04/54 ident. Does it matter which of these I need to change. Understand Bulsat is open if I change this key but am I wrong in assuming this at the minute.
Any help much appreciated.

when the keys become public the relevant TM softcam are uploaded by

Glenn_911 in https://www.satpimps.co.uk/forumdisplay.php?f=40

operators use several 32 bit keys: 1, 2, 3, 4, .... these are split over 16 bit 1st part & 2nd part
04/54 is probably to distinguish between irdeto2 and irdeto 10/11?

Giga,

ok thanks for the reply on that one. Know now which is the relevant key for the manual update although as there are no working keys will leave alone.
Many Thanks again:respect-040:

I think you should be able to manually add the keys. If you look in the keys , irdeto sub-forum the latest ones for bulsat say 02 then if you look at the softcam line it says 04 which is wrong. I made that mistake so put the new softcam on and it was fine. Noticed that it then appears under 02/52.(This is the Glenn_911 post btw) You put the first half in 02 then the second in 52 in this case.

pmb,
have tried all variations it seems to me now including your own without success.
The 02 key you refer to which I have tried seems to be for the diablo.
Will just have to be patient and wait for the latest softcam to appear.
Thanks for the suggestion anyway.

Glad you're sorted. You've just missed a cracking game of football on Diema.
