I live in North West Donegal, in the north west of Ireland. 55.25N 7.26W.
I want to receive UPC from Thor 6 1w on the K2 beam.
Do I have a chance? If so would a 1.2m dish do the trick? I can get one for £50 so before I buy it, is it worth trying it?

if the dish is not a good quality (unknown brand, flexible/wobbly/damaged/deformed dish): don't do it. It is a little bit windy overthere, if I'm not mistaken. Still check with other users for dish size: https://www.satpimps.co.uk/showthread.php?t=127942
