How to disable Telnet?

Can anyone tell me how to disable Telnet when using the VTI image please? I cant seem to find any options like DE image.

in /etc there is a file called "inetd.conf" edit it and found the line about telnet and add # before

Disable telnet

#telnet stream tcp nowait root /usr/sbin/telnetd telnetd
