Icecrypt S2000CCI

Hello,
I've just received a brand new Icecrypt S2000CCI and it can't read a viaccess card, it says 'Incorrect Card' it seems Viaccess isn't supported.
Please could you give me advice ?
Should I need a Viaccess Cam or just a firmware upgrade ?

I have S4000 so I am not totally sure, but you may need to install some plugins before it will read the card. I had to do this with mine before it would work with my genuine mediaguard card.

In the S2000 you don't need plugins.
Simple change the factory (fac) firmware with the (ird) version found in the firmware section here.
