can anyone open this package with hummy 5400 ,bulsat ok but not jsc.i,m trying to open this with sbcl,,,,,,,,,,,,,thanx

I have had some success with VIP Server files but cannot seem to get the correct settings on Humax and so get a lot of drop outs.
I have been looking for a solution to this.
