I'm having trouble transferring SoftcamMotor files over from my USB stick. These files do not appear in the transfer window when I open data transfer option.
I can see all other types of file but not the above one. Any suggestions?
I can see the file under file manager option.:respect-063:

hello tartan,,,

had similar problem in the past..

first of all make sure you select the proper language for your location.

Secondly when you get the option to save "File" Rename the file from Technomote motor to "Tmsoftcam.key".

"Extension" + "Key" being the important bit.....

you can call the file any name you want be it Joe bloggs or starship trooper but make sure after the dot ie. bla."key"

Mind you,,,, thinking that the loader saves you from logging on to get the latest keys,, with time you will find that the keys are released here by ^^COMPASS^^ or Glenn_911 and are active BEFORE the "All Maker 1.5" down loader software works.......

does it has the extension .key
Check the firmware: Main Menu -> System Information
if S/W version: only shows a number like 7.29 and not 7.29p you have to patch the receiver first.
if it shows the p
do you have below the info 2 options?
(CAS Menu) (Biss Menu) showing? if not enter from remote quickly [2][0][0][4] this should bring up the option, when this shows try to reload from USB menu: Data Transfer

Many thanks for your responses and apologies for not replying earlier. I'm just back off a 2 week holiday.
I have how found what the issue was and how to resolve it. I carried out a firmware update and used a file called "TM6800HD_688-14-8-2009" which was an earlier version and this has cured the issue.
I hope this is helps out anyone with a similar issue.:bowing-036:

Even though you can now transfer softcam key files, it is useless that you do that because that firmware is too old to support BiS and BulSat.
