service + problem for new user

Hi All,
Just setup my new SB7000HD.
I've patched to the 3rd sept bruta sone, done a factory reset, redone UCAS, loaded new softcam and turned on network and am connected to service +. However nothing is clearing on 19e, 30w, 23e, 16e etc.
I turned service off and then reconnected but no joy. Server ip looks ok and is showing as connected.

I must be missing something or doing something stupid - can anyone advise please. Perhaps service+ is down due to change over?? I have not turn on nuevostream+ yet as I thought everything was on service+ - correct?

Hope someone can advise to get me started.

PS Bulsat IS clearing on softcam and i loaded echolean channel list.

Service+ is being worked on, therefore down (?) , Neuvostream suffering from ECM, chann' breaking up

Service + seems ok generally now - all set up :))
