you cannot rely on lj's for transponder details as its often incorrect.
that said however,if this channel does exist on this transponder then the beam is undoubtedly focused upon africa,so you would need a dish the size of a house to be able to watch it.but as no one has a dish that big,we cannot confirm or deny the details shown on lj's.
either way mate you are not going to get this channels no matter how much you try to.Ian.

Don't know if these can be opened!
68.5°E is out of my line of sight
44 = dish size 95-120 cm

10°E don't have C-band LNB, only universal:
40 = dish size 100-125 cm
39 = dish size 115-145 cm

You know on the map where you are? First map: reddish area shows 44.6 dBW then you would need for it a 44 dBW = minumum dish size 95-120 cm to capture the signal, that is all to it. The further outward the bigger the dish (lower dBW figure)
Not saying these are clearing.

i very much doubt he will be able to view these giga.
with a 1.1m dish he certainly has not got C band capabilities and 68.5E is so low on the horizon that unless he lives in a block of flats or on a hill in the middle of nowhere then his view to this sat will be obstructed.very,very few in the UK have a clear line of site to 68.5E

You never know perhaps scud is on the Principality of Sealand and if no tanker is passing can perhaps capture that signal high and dry ;)
