Just set my box up & not sure what should be open, i haven't opened any tring or nova packages is there a way to tell what should clear. Also do i need to turn off Nuevo gift i couldn't activate it.

Nova movie 1 & 3 working fine for me, have you turned on service+ in network on?

I'm also a new user from last week. I haven't been able to get any Nova to open - I am using billybits channel list which people recommend. I have service+ on and latest hd7000 patch & softcam loaded. I have tried nova (sports, hd & cinema ) over 3 days with any joy at all.

Have had success on 30w (cabo/meo) and 19e (some not all d+ channels)

It would be good to get an update from mod on what opens subsequent to the service+ / nuevostream changeover.

mr batch impressed with picture quality & like you had success on hispasat no joy on 16 e but after reading i now know i must edit 15.8 e i'm sure we'll get there.
