You can try turning it off then turning it on again:
Go into the Spiderbox menu.
Navigate to Network and Service+.
Turn it off and completely exit the menu.
Enter the menu again, go to Network Service+, turn it on and register.
When it's saying connecting press the up/down keys, on your remote control and it should connect.

If it doesn't, and this problem has arisen after loading the latest patch, there is a fix available, I think it's an older patch by Darkman.

cant connect to service+tryed everything and is know doing my head in anybody got a solution

does it show up as connecting/registered? is your server talking to ip settings, gateway etc??

sorry it took me so long to reply server+ is showing connecting. i have tried everything even leaving the box on overnite and through the day:mad:

check the mac code displayed is the same as the one on the label inside the box and also check its connected to your router ok as well. then turn off the service+ and save then turn off the box on mains switch at the back, turn it back on and boot up and turn back on the service+ and hit register if it says connecting only turn off and on again and check again until it says connected
