Icecrypt S4000 remote controller

Hi there, I used to have a Sharp TV and could not operate it using Icecrypt's remote. Tried all of the codes with no luck. Now I got Philips TV and still cant set up the remote to control the telly. I have followed the instructions properly. Any tips anybody?

Contacting Icecrypt would probably be a good idea,but I have not yet done this.
