the dream elite addons server when trying to connect previously i used to get connection failed msg tried yesterday it seem to connect but no addons are available on there maybe soon fingers crossed

If you go to the url of the old board you will see that the board is back with an explanation of the current situation.

God i hope it's back soon, had to go back to Nab12 and its crap compared to DElite image.

What cams are you missing ?

They are very easy to install and can be found all over the internet.

just checked few addons been uploaded dreamelite addons server its defo up an runnng not long i hope for a new image release

So your able to load cams and addons again to image now?
If so DreamElite will be back on my DM8000 as soon as golf finished.:king-041:

agree but settings,picons plugins ,ect but i spose cams the most important,can be loaded manually easy enough though

i posted the file for cccam 2.1.4 here with quick instructions ,just swap the files with the ones in your DB with dreamboxedit

The server is back,,,with all add on,,,,however after connection with server and start download,,,,it gives that the plug in or the skin has been installed,,,,but when I go to look at the plug in menu,,,,can not find any download added,,,,very strange,,:banghead:,,any one has had the same issue!

by the way (I"ve done reboot),,,the same no plugins or skins,,,,etc.

Yes mate... it happens when I try to download a channel list. However no problem installing CAMS!

The cams are the only things that works, if you look you will see none of the old team are contributing.

The cams are the original work of the team but the rest of the addons are not made by the team.
The reason the rest do not work is the guy does not know how to pack the files correctly.

For those with a Vu box keep a close eye on new events.

None of the team have access to the server anymore,

I can pack it for you but you can just add it from packet management in software manager.

just tried to connect to to addons download manager and the connection has failed... can anyone else connect to it or is the server down again....?

looks like the server's down again

update: addons download manager server now permanently closed for all old DE images
it will be back online for 'new dream elite images' but will not include any 'illegal' stuff eg: Cams
although these maybe available with the use of extra.url's ;)

Oh dear thats why i get connection failed :(
