Hi
A friend of me wants a good hd receiver with good price.I see that spiderbox can be a good choice as he is not into linux and computers in general.I want to ask some questions regarding spiderbox
1. is gift included in all receivers?
2. up to how many clines i can connect to?
3. how it behaves as a cccam client? is it stable or freezing a lot?
4. is it important to load new patches frequent? i mean are the patches update to firmware only or imports new channels on gift package?

3) depends on your source and broadband, not the box
4) updates are for various reasons including what you asked about

Il second that quote Speedy , and you can get these boxes easily under £200 if you ask nicely to the right supplier :bowing-036::D its great box and good quality HD And the software support is getting better but because its not an open Linux box and you still can install CCCAM LINES (SAY NO MORE) which is a nice bonus .and.even though improvements on the software is being upgraded this box does not need too much support because its doing what it says on the Tin.. for now .. This is my opinion only im just throwing it out there , :applause-038:
