Cannot get all channels

Hi All,

I got a Spiderbox 9000hd today and I got to say that first impression is that it's a great box. I been setting it up to different sats, but not getting all the channels. Missing some on 28.8deg east - BBC4 and a couple of others and all Nova channels on 13deg east. I got them all on the Azbox I just got rid of....... any suggestions on how to get all channels please?

I got service+ working OK with no problems and the picture quality is great.

I am really pleased with the box apart from the missing channels which I think can be corrected with a little help from you Guys.

bbc3 and bbc4 dont start until 7pm so you will get cbbc and cbeebies instead
I would suggest you check lyngsat or k*ngofsat for the channel details

Thanks for the info Echelon, but I think BBC 3 & 4 should be on my channel list even if they are not on air until later.

Any idea about the Nova channels?

Try loading a channel list dedicated to this box. I cannot keep up with the amount of channels I have. TMULL
