Is Bulsat open with softcam?

Hi,

Should Bulsat be opening with phantompatch 730p addon 002p and the last softcam key 27/09/2010 or am I missing something, I have also cleared out the cas menu with the softcam empty file but that didn't help.

You sorted me out twice on the TM and Diablo...in my defence I haven't been reading much lately I mainly watch FTA channels and was getting Bulsat without doing anything on the TM, I decided to update the TM to Phantompatch 730p then lost Bulsat and couldn't get it back, thats why I got the Diablo out that I haven't used for months and tried to use it as I had in the past by just updating with the binfiles obviously things have changes since I last used the Diablo, I will stick with the TM for now...far easier to update than the Diablo.
