No you can't this is a SH4 based receiver.

However you can use OScam, Mgcamd, Newcs

Based on reviews from Russian forums they say it's good and Enigma2 runs very good and they also say the picture quality is better than IPBOX9000HD.

But i would not trust anyone these days and my personal opion is that this receiver will not get any success on the market as it's a SH4 receiver and we all know how far all other SH4 receivers has come, it's a dead end.
