Unable to setup-config 2 dishes

Good evening.
Untill E2 solves my problem (I hope) let's see if someone can help me with it:
I moved to a new house and the setup is 2 steady dishes, the first one has 2 lnb's (astra-hotbird) and the other one is on astra 28,2.
My problem is that the AZBox cannot see the 28,2 dish under any configuration. My DM7000 has no problem and it sees both dishes.
The switch is a cheap 2.0 4X1.
Any ideas???

have to use diseqc 1.0 setting or a/b/c/d commands, switch should understand 1.0 commands?

Sorted with diseqc 1.0 setting.
Strange thing. Although the other 2 sats at first and second position had good signal quality (second bar), the 28,2 was at 0%. I selected the third position as a desperate move, saved, one channel opened, stuck on a still screen even after zapping, rebooted and all channels opened.
The weird thing is that if I go at the 1.0 settings the signal quality at 28,2 is still 0%.
