Help!!! Problem with new Azbox Premium

I was trying today to install a brand new Azbox Premium for a friend of mine and after I plugged-in the box to the power source, a thin smoke came out of the box and smelled like burned plastic. Now, all the three LEDs are lit (blue, green and red) and the VDF displays four or sometimes five or six squares. I tried to reboot the box, but nothing new happens. I also try to reboot it from a USD stick, but in vain. All three LEDs are lit.

What can it be? Is it a service case?

You didn't read the warning and you wrongly install the internal HDD and power on the Azbox Premium.

And yes you need to send it back for repair, you broke it.

I didn't install any HDD. I really didn't touch anything, just plugged the socket. That was all.

If Azbox smokes this is not good at all, you need to return it for repair.
