Mines ok on hotbird m8 just watching Nova Sports regards Franner.

Try re-setting Service+.
Go into the Spiderbox Menu and navigate to Network.
Scroll to Service+, enter and turn it off.
Now completely exit the menu.
Re-enter the menu and Network.
Turn Service+ on and register, when it's saying connecting then move the cursor, using the up/down buttons on your remote and it should connect.

If the channels are still not opening you might want to check your router connection.

Which channels/satellites have you tested?

Looking at 'another' forum it looks like there was some maintenance being done last night with everything nw reportedly back in order.

Mine is connected, but channels scrambled now. I was watching The Mighty Ones V Brum, but its all black now.

same game watching on 30w sports2 lost all channels here - tried tring on 16e which is also down. anyone else having problems?
