Spider and 30w

Can someone tell me if there is a particular reason why i can't
get 30w since connecting up the spiderbox 9000HD. I have tried
everything i can think of including checking that the post is exactly
vertical. I can get as far as 15w but thats it. Thanks in advance
for any help.

Hi terry I'm using diseqc and can get all from 39e-15w so don't understand whats
wrong,thats why i checked if the post was vertical and it is.

I use a jaegar 36v motor which has its own limiter and i moved it to let it go further
and still i can't get 24.5w and i know it is moving further than that because the dish is close to a fence and i can remember where it reached to when i was using the triple dragon so it must be something that's not right on my side.I will try again tomorrow, thanks guys for replying to my post and i will report again tomorrow evening. You might have to turn the lnb slightly to the right to get 30 degrees west.That is what I found I had to do.

Update, i have now damaged a cog on one of the nylon
gear wheels and the dish only moves a bit each way. I
will see if i can get a part and if not i may buy a new motor.
