Please remember
Service+ is for free,

When you bought your Spiderbox you had options to add your own share.

I have 2 shares so i never compromise my viewing

you should look into doing the same, then you won't be disappointed

Seems to be down now more often than its up. Was just about to resett my box then i saw this post.

Yes it is frustrating but you would make it worse by resetting your Spider - Always check the forums first before messing about with the box to see if others are experiencing the same problem as yourself

A certain forum is littered with posts by people messing about who don't know what their doing and then they totally fcuk it up requiring a 'start from scratch' :D

Never had any problems resetting my box infact its Recommened after any new software update and has in the past sorted out some Issues.

After certain types of S/W updates, not all by any means and I don't get issues with my SpiderBox - maybe you mean a re-boot and not a reset .

Yes there are issues with Service+ and Neuvostream but thats not the SpiderBox at fault ;)

Yes i mean factory resett. And sometimes i do have issues channels showing no signal resett has in the past sorted this:respect-055:

The problem has been sorted as they have fixed the server but no doubt disruptions will continue, probably during weekdays, when less people are viewing, until the change over is complete.

Until then we wont know which channels will be included in the gift, at the moment SyFy Universal, and other channels, on Digital+, 19.2E, and other satellites aren't working, once the upgrade to Service+ is completed we should have more stable channels and know which channels are included in the gift.

If you were to subscribe to all the channels/packages we can currently view it would cost a few thousand pounds per year, so a few disruptions are not really a problem, especially as the team try to keep the weekends viewing unaffected, especially the football.

This weekend was unusual as it was a server problem, which required replacing/repairing and not down to upgrades.

I agree with mickha's sentiments! But in the heat of the moment it can be a bit frustrating sometimes.. I've got nothing but the utmost respect for our heroes. Just a shame my box was activated just a smidge after the cut-off for a full year of Nuevoxstream. But hey, you can't have it all!!!

Well my nuevoxstream has now ended a full 9 months early from the start of my 12months gift. There was alot opening on it that service+ didn't. I was told service+ would open everything nuevoxstream opened and more. Not happy

still some left on nuevoXstream that are opening , and my 9000 still shows expiry time of next year although I do know some were moved forward , so use latest patch and try the usual turn off and on etc

service+ has been running for months and months , its the completion of the change to it that members are generally asking about (a c/o finish date)

It's still in test.

Thought the test had finished when Darkman announced the HD channels working on 28th October.

if service + or nuevoxstream dont work, turn the one not working off in network and exit (save) and reboot the box.

Go back into network and turn the one you turned off back on and press register, you will get the message already registered, press again and connected comes up nine times out of ten and your off and running again.

Unless the sevice is genuinley down at the server the box is flying again.

I take it once all channels are moved over mods will tell us to switch off Nuervostream all together ?

Somebody just replied to my question that NeuvoXstream says error and the reply is, that I have now lost it and stuff has and still is being transfered to Service+ (box purchased 2nd August, expiry date lastweek on my NeuvoXstream was today 3-11-2010)

Why three?..

in case i miss owt. no, got my bro in laws and my plumber a motorised set up each as they were still on tm5800ci and cams. with work, the rochdale game friday and a school reunion on saturday, im gonna have to wait. gonna be picking the brains of you guys. are they easy to set up?
unfortunately since i went to a bigger dish i havnt had much west of sirius. seeing as nothing was available ive not been back up to realign it. made do with bahr and hellas sats. as well as hotbird and astra.
their equipment is so old its a start from scratch.

My NeuvoXstream end date changed and has now stopped. Alot of channels are not opening on service+, Really can't understand why people with the same box are now not getting the same channels, am i right in thinking people with older boxes open service+ as well as keeping there NeuvoXstream.
