ucas not clearing.

could somebody please advise, i have loaded the latest softcam, followed correct proceedure, but i am not getting ucas to clear on 39e. i reset key data, then load latest softcam., reboot but not clearing. also what should i see when i press key edit ? thanks and cheers chippy.

Have you checked that Ucas is switched on? Also check if the softcam you've loaded has the latest keys for Bulsatcom.
Do any other channels open, like the MGM channel,10E or ESPN 9E?

did you load correct softcam? (HD one) I presume you did. So the only thing I can suggest is you save your channels list, do a factory reset, and start over again.

thanks for your help chaps, the problem is with my usb stick it wasnt loading the new file to the box. i tried an old stick and it did the trick. so this old stick is now happy.

Chippy when you say you performed a Reboot

Going to standby and back on again wouldn't suffice to cure you ucas issue.

scroll using your remote control

menu>
press left or right navigation buttons until reboot appears in the menu panel,
now navigate down to Reboot & press ok, scroll to yes press ok & wait until your Spiderbox has completely Rebooted & check channels again that are cleares by ucas.

Ps if you have already done this procedure it's still worth giving it another go.

Does MGM 10E open with softcam?
I can only open it with diablo.
